Reflexology
There are coordinating areas of the hands, feet, and ears that, via the zones of the nervous system, affect specific muscles, organs, and glands in the body when pressed. Sessions are usually done with the client lying on their back, with the feet and lower legs resting on a pillow. The client can even remain clothed for the session. Similar to receiving a full-body massage, reflexology works with the body's energy flow to stimulate self-healing, reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. It is especially useful in cases where an area of the body cannot be directly manipulated, such as during cancer treatment or when an area of the body is sensitive or ticklish to touch. Reflexology can be highly effective for many conditions, including: Headaches and Migraines, Fertility concerns, Arthritis, Sleep Disorders, Hormonal Imbalances, Digestive Problems and Stress-related issues.
