This phase of the H.E.L.P program allows us to see where you are at in relation to where you want to be. In-depth evaluations reveal your big picture, uncovering your strengths and weakest links to health and well-being. Together we will create a customized program that supports you in meeting your health goals and provides a roadmap with simple and straightforward directions of how to manage your health and wellness. This stage sets the foundation that we will build upon, and revisit as necessary, for your continued success. You will find this part of the program informative, insightful, and anything but routine.

  1. Initial Questionnaire via email (to identify goals)
  2. In-Depth Health, Food, & Lifestyle Questionnaire + 3-Day Food Log via email
  3. 1-hour meeting to review questionnaires, food map, discuss goals, & fill out paperwork
  4. 1-hour Initial Complete Fitness Assessment to determine your baseline statistics
  5. 1-hour meeting to discuss customized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle consciousness plan based on your results.
